The Trims - I Wish I Could Say

The Trims asked us to film a performance music video to showcase the band's new lineup. Having worked with The Trims before, we knew they would want a heavily stylized video and proceeded to add several layers of filmic effects. With consideration to the rising popularity of lyric videos, they asked us to integrate some graphics displaying the song's lyrics. We didn't want to detract from the filmic quality of the video, so we suggested creating graphics that felt a bit like the hand written marks you would see on the head and tail of film reels.
