MANUFACTURER PROPOSAL

In preparation for The NAMM Show 2016, Markus, inventor of The Peacekeeper wanted to release a video that spoke directly to guitar manufacturers. This video explains exactly how The Peacekeeper Quick Change Effects System works, why it will appeal to guitar players and welcomes guitar manufacturers to contact Markus about licensing the use of his product in their own guitars.

We again, delivered a short Instagram teaser of the video to spark interest with the Peacekeeper's Instagram followers, as well as others by using the hashtag #NAMM2016 and releasing right at the kickoff of the event.

The Peacekeeper is a quick change effects system that uses rifle parts to integrate sound processing into guitars. The inventor, Markus Hummel commissioned Hard Way Cinema to create several videos throughout the years to promote his innovations. Working with Markus is always a blast!

For our first video, our goal was to introduce the system to the general public. We decided early on that we wanted to do this through a comedic short, which we ultimately titled, Demystified. With such an unorthodox product, we opted to play on its mystique by presenting it as a legend that Markus told to his son.

We also cut a teaser formatted for Instagram to increase the reach of the video to their existing social media audience. Using the hashtags #NAMM15, #NAMMSHOW, etc. lengthened the reach to viewers who were interested in the NAMM Show, but may have not yet heard of this #Guitarrevolution.

PRODUCT DEMOS

Demystified was meant to get guitar players interested in the product line. We followed up with more straight forward product demos that explained what the effects system was capable of and its advantages over more traditional effects pedals. Markus enlisted the talented guitarist, Robert Alan to host the demos videos.
